Serve First Realty is a real estate brokerage licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, license number 02298264, located in Roseville, California. We are a brokerage. We are not a lender, a law firm, a tax advisor, an insurance company, or an appraiser. When you submit information through a form, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle information you submit according to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial credentials through this Site.
Program. Serve First Realty sends text messages about your real estate inquiry, appointments, and the services you asked about to people who opt in through a form on this Site, by texting us first, or in writing.
We handle your mobile information as described in the Optional calls and texts section of our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serve First Realty and its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them. Please review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
